Michele is a 3rd degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do. She competed at the national level in synchronized swimming and studied dance for many years. Her athletic background includes training in jujitsu, arnis, gymnastics, stunt fighting and swordplay, which led to work in action films. Michele also enjoys running, weight training and kickboxing. She travels the country regularly to continue her yoga studies with John Friend, the founder of Anusara Yoga.
