Open level classes are a mix of new and continuing students - beginners are always welcome. In all classes each student’s unique abilities and limitations are deeply respected and honored. Poses are modified as needed to optimally benefit each participant. Anusara blends the science of biomechanics with an open-hearted uplifting philosophy, Learn to look for the good in yourself and others, as you enjoy a dynamic practice.

Yoga Essentials

For those new to yoga, or new to this system, Anusara brings us Universal Principles of Alignment that are an invaluable aid to learning the postures, deepening our understanding of the body, and developing a yoga practice that is safe, joyful, therapeutic, and fun! Learn the essentials for a rewarding practice.
 

Basics + Restorative

Learn basic alignment, simple postures and breath, along with some delicious restoratives. Individual therapeutic issues are easily addressed in this slower paced class..
